Penney Denise Forsythe, 53, of Gallipolis, passed away, at 10:19 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018 in the Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Born November 16, 1964, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the Late Anna Mae Blackburn and Earl “Pete” Forsythe who survives in Uniontown. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her mother, Penney is survived by her daughters, Samantha Forsythe and Tricia Forsythe, both of Gallipolis, brothers, Charles “Mickey” Forsythe, and William “Dallas” Forsythe, both of Sandusky, Oh., an uncle, Charles (Sherry) Sammut, of Patriot, an aunt, Loretta Springer, of Pennsylvania, and cousins, Erica Bivens, Dakota Sammut, Charles “C.J.” Sammut, Jr., Diamond Sammut, Emma Sammut, Karissa “Charlene” Masters, Krista Masters, and Christopher Masters.
There will be no calling hours nor funeral services. Cremation services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.
