Buddy leaves behind the love of his life and wife of thirty five years Bonnie (Boso) McAngus; Sons Tyler of Ironton, Andy of Pomeroy and daughter Marissa (Jimmy) Will; Sister Diana (Roger) Coates. Grandchildren Allyson, Alissa, and Gage McAngus, Brylee, Bristol McAngus, Ellie Will; brothers and sisters in-law Nancy(Bob) Everson of Hillsboro; Peggy Hill and Steve Boso of Racine, Charlie (Mandy) Boso and Debbie (Dave) Parsons of Portland; Michael (Holly) Boso of Middleport. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandparent's Allie and Ethel Grueser, Mother and Father in law Ann and Claire Boso; Brothers in law Max E Hill and Tom Boso; Sister in law Vicki Boso and Nephew J.B. Boso.
Buddy was a proud member of the Laborers International Union of North America for forty plus years. Retiring from Ohio Laborers Local 639 of Marietta. He was also a forty year member of FOE - 2171 and former member of the Racine Gun Club. He enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, especially grilling, he was an avid Ohio State Football fan, He also enjoyed reading and staying up on current events, and taught his children the value of respect for others.
Buddy worked hard physical labor for many years and endured years of chronic pain after. But one of the hardest jobs he had was his fight against cancer, which he amazingly beat, however side effects from surgery and treatments made living his normal life nearly impossible, So God knew it was time for him to finally rest and at last be at peace.
The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to all who have sent prayers and given outpouring love and support over the last year. Special thanks to Ohio Health Obleness Hospital doctors and ICU nurses for not giving up on Buddy during his recent brief hospital stay and showing him dignity and respect as he fought so hard to live.
Also a special Thankyou to Pastor Mark Mitera for preforming Buddy's service.
