Earl F. Dunlap, Sr., 89, of Vinton, Ohio passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 at his residence. Earl was born on January 15, 1934 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, son of the late Arthur and Neta Turner Dunlap. He was an auto body man and had attended Elizabeth Chapel Church. Earl enjoyed hunting and playing music.

Earl is survived by his wife, Charlotte Joy Bishop Dunlap of Vinton; two daughters, Betty (David) Stickler of Bidwell, Ohio and Loretta Arthurs of Gallipolis, Ohio; two sons, Earl F. (Kathy) Dunlap, Jr. and Carl E. Dunlap both of Gallipolis; nine grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Danny (Ruth) Dunlap of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia and Harold Dunlap of West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. Earl was preceded in death by his first wife, Nellie Myers Dunlap in 2014; a son-in-law, Brian Arthurs; one grandchild; and four brothers.

The funeral service for Earl will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Daryl Russell officiating. His burial will follow in Old Lone Oak Cemetery in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
