Gary Welch of Middleport, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024 at his residence. He was born on January 4, 1957 in Pomeroy, Ohio to the late Julian and Hilda (Manuel) Welch.
Gary is survived by his wife, Arvetta Welch; son, Jeremy Bagent; 5 sisters and 2 brothers and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister.
