Harley Denise Hubbard, 20 of Portland, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at her home after complications with her health. She was born on July 7, 2004 in Chapel Hill, NC to Scott and Jennifer (O'Brien) Hubbard. Harley loved riding motorcycles, spending time with friends. She loved listening to music and she loved to eat. Most of all she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her parents, Scott and Jennifer Hubbard; sister, Morgan (Chris Price) Cutter; brother, AJ Hubbard; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Julie Hubbard and Glenn and Melissa Bissell; nephew, Braxton; niece, Lorelei; aunts and uncle, Morgan and Jessy Morton, Madison Wood, Sarah and Josh Hupp, Stacey Hubbard, and Lisa and David Skipper and many cousins.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ronald and Peggy O'Brien, Frank and Lora May Imboden, Robert and Donna Byer and Sherry Wood; aunt Denise Pilcher.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 1:00pm with Jay Proffitt officiating at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Visitation for family and friends will be held two hours prior to the service (11-1:00pm).
