Wanoki M. Kingery Christian Wallace, 90, of Gallipolis, passed away at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at her home. Born May 13, 1932 in the Lecta Community of Lawrence County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Margie Boster Kingery. She was self-employed as a seamstress and operated her own business, Alterations Unlimited, in Ashland, Kentucky for many years. Wanoki is survived by her two sons, Michael W. (Cindy) Christian, of West Carrollton, Ohio and Timothy Dale Christian, of Riverview, Florida, six grandchildren, Dwight Christian, John (Kimberley) Christian, Holley (Eric) Hultgren, Nathan (Jennifer) Biggs, Emily Biggs and Jordan (Stephanie) Biggs, thirteen great- grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Rosalee Shepard, of Zanesville, Ohio and her special niece, Sharon Facemire, of Gallipolis. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Cloyd Christian, her second husband, Clyde Wallace, a son, Dwight C. Christian, her sisters, Maxine O'Dell, Kathleen Adkins and Lucille Wilson and her daughter-in-law, Anita Christian. Funeral services will be Noon Wednesday, November 30, 2022, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Eugene Harmon. Interment will be in the Okey Cemetery near Lecta. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
