Michael Joseph Palmer, 57, of Rio Grande, passed away, on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 10:48 p.m. in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born May 7, 1963, in Fayette County, Ohio he was the son of the late Daniel Joseph and Ann Leaming Palmer.
He is survived by his sister, Cynthia (David) Collins, of Washington Court House, Ohio, nieces and nephews, Jerad Matthews, and Emily Matthews, both of Bloominburg, Ohio, a great nephew, Case Matthew and a great niece, Cora Young.
Private graveside services will be held in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, in Wilmington, Ohio. Arrangements are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, locally owned and operated at 75 Grape St. Gallipolis, Ohio.
