Glenn H. Davies, 88, of Patriot, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Glenn was born on August 25, 1934 in Gallia County, Ohio to the late Harry and Edythe (Peoples) Davies. He graduated from Cadmus in 1952. Glenn served in the Army and retired from Kaiser/Century Aluminum.
Glenn leaves behind his loving wife of 66 years, Roxie (Lambert) Davies; three children, Tammy (Virgil) Bentley, Dan (Betty) Davies, and Judy (Maxwell) Wells; grandchildren, Brandon (Amber) Bentley, Zachary Bentley, Travis Davies, Michelle Randolph, Brad (Trish) Davies, and Makayla (Luke) Wells-Elmore; eight great grandchildren, Tristan and Katee Bentley, Brylee Parsons, Colton, Taylin, and Branson Davies, and Jacoby and Jaxson Manley; brother, Oscar Eugene (Gloria Jean) Davies; nephews, Tim, Jeff, David, and Brent; and niece, Pam.
In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Bowser.
The funeral service for Glenn will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Mollihan officiating. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Military honors will be given by the Gallia County Funeral Detail at the cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home
