Fred Leonadas Hoffman, 91, of Middleport,Ohio passed away on April 21, 2024. He was born on December 24, 1932 to the late William and Pearl Hoffman of Middleport Ohio.
He is survived by his: wife of 68 years, Pauline Hoffman; children, Mike Hoffman, Tami (Jon) Buck, Beverly (Todd) Rothgeb, David (Kathie) Hoffman; grandchildren, Trevor (Rachael) Buck, Jordan (Alex) Buck, Lian (Zac) Hart, Marlee (Trenton) Cook, Gracie Hoffman, Cole Hoffman, Nathan (Morgan) Rothgeb; great grandchildren, Garrett and Sydney Buck, Declan Buck, Adrienne Rothgeb and Charlotte Cook, several nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Pearl Hoffman; brothers, Perry Hoffman and Billy Hoffman; sister, Bertha Bing; and daughter in law, Becky Hoffman.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Middleport, Ohio on April 25, 2024 at 12:00pm with Pastor James Keesee officiating. Military honors will be presented by the American Legion Post 128.
