Michael E. Walters, 74, of Langsville, Ohio passed away on October 21, 2024 at O'bleness Hospital in Athens under Hospice Care surrounded by family and friends after a very short illness. He was born August 24, 1950 to the Late James E. Walters and June Ann Halley.

Mike is survived by his wife, Carol K Walters, Step Daughter Wendi Frye, Daughter Angela ( Daddy's Baby Girl) Walters, Bonus Daughter Trish Rizer and husband Kenny Rizer, Sons: James Walters and Joseph Walters. Brother and Sister –in-law Richard (Runt) and Sandra Neal, Sister and Brother-in- law Sandra ( Lynn) and Matt Dillion. Grandchildren: Colten and Wife Aften Walters, Kenra Williams and husband TJ Williams, Korie Robie, Cole Rizer, Kelsey Young, James Walters- Butcher and Wife Brittany, Ryan Webb, Jonathan Frye, Joshua Frye, Michael D. Walters and Jaiden ( Burleson) Walters. Great Grandchildren: Kaydee Reece, Ari Rizer, Rudy and Clay Walters, and Tate Williams. Special bonus Grandson Brian Manley who loved Mike more than life. Special friends : Richard Butcher, Roger Coates and Jerry Lane.

Mike loved spending time outdoors tinkering in everything and moving grass. He loved doing singing birthday videos for family and friend’s birthdays and posting them on facebook including his own. His grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of his life. He left an impression on everyone he met or knew. Mike was preceded in death by his Parents, Grand Mother Margaret Riffle, Step father Earnest Quillen, Brother Mark Walters, Several aunts and Uncles.

Mike will be cremated an will be buried at Reynolds Cemetery Addison Ohio at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of life is November 2 , 2024 from 2pm-4pm at Carpenter's Union Hall 28051 St. Rt. 7 Cheshire, Ohio 45620. Feel free to bring a covered dish and share your favorite story of Mike.
