Text

With deeply aching hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Caytlyn M. (Hall) Curnutte on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

A devoted wife and loving mother, daughter, and sister, Caytlyn’s world revolved around her family. She is survived by her husband and the love of her life, Clayton, and their three perfect and precious children, Wyatt, Penelope, and Finnan.

Caytlyn was the cherished daughter of Jacob (Jake) and Heather Hall, and the adored big sister of Andrew (Drew), Izabella (Izzy), and Lillian (Lilly) Hall. In addition to her husband, children, parents, and siblings, she is survived by her mother-in-law, June Edwards, sister-in-law Jessica/Brett Unroe, nieces Brooke and Rylee Unroe, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

Caytlyn’s heart was as generous as it was strong. She lived her life in service to those she loved, always putting the needs of her family and friends above her own. Her selflessness and compassion were evident in every act of kindness, whether in the smallest gestures or the greatest sacrifices. Caytlyn found joy in giving to others, and her ability to serve those around her with grace and humility was a defining characteristic of her beautiful nature.

Caytlyn’s warmth enveloped everyone she encountered, creating a welcoming space where you could always feel her love and simply be yourself. Being around her was easy and fun and uplifting. She was someone you could always count on, a constant source of support who made even the toughest of times feel more manageable. Her nurturing spirit was a source of comfort, and her love was a safe haven for those fortunate enough to know her.

The role Caytlyn embraced most recently, that of a mother, was her greatest source of pride and joy. Over the last four years, she dedicated her days to filling her children’s lives with love, laughter, and precious memories that will carry them through the days ahead. She was their fiercest protector, biggest cheerleader, and most loving guide.

Caytlyn lived her life with an open heart, full of love and compassion for those around her. Her sudden passing has left a hole in the hearts of all who knew her. While we deeply mourn her loss, we are comforted knowing that her love will live on in all those whose lives she has so deeply touched.

To honor Caytlyn’s life, family and friends are invited to gather and share in remembrance of her on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Willis Funeral Home in Gallipolis, Ohio.
