James O. Eynon, 90, of Middleport, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025 at the Darst Private Care Home in Pomeroy, Ohio. He was born on December 26, 1934 to the late James D. and Wilma Eynon.
He is survived by his four children, Don (Maria) Eynon, Debbie (Larry) Cundiff, Timothy (Marie) Eynon, and Dana (Shammra) Eynon; grandchildren, Don Eynon Jr, Cristina (Steve)Sullivan, Alexa(Matt) Eynon, Chris (Kaja) Turnquist, Andrea (Matt) Turnquist, Heather (Dustin) Wyant, Eric (Jenna) Cundiff, Timothy Eynon Jr, Angie (Curt) Grimm, Amber Eynon, Casey Eynon, Brittany Eynon, Olivia Eynon, and Jada Eynon; and several great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Eynon, his parents, and two sisters.
A private graveside service will be held on August 30, 2025. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy, Ohio.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Darst for the amazing and loving care of Jim and a special thank you to the caring staff of Holzer Hospice.
