Garey J. Borgan, 83, Reynoldsburg, passed away Monday April 24, 2023, at his residence.
Born June 28, 1939, in Pomeroy, the son of the late James and Nellie Borgan.
He was a commercial truck driver and owned Big Valley Trucking. He was a graduate
of Harrisonville High School.
Garey is survived by children. Terry (Sally), Wayne (Brenda), Anna, Mary Beth and adopted son Jason;
grandchildren Caitlin (Wesley), Michael, Joel (Courtney), Kyle, Alex (Jacalyn), Gina, and
John Michael; great-grandchildren Elijah, Jackson, Ella, Sumner, Addelaide, and his brothers
Carmine and Michael.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Michael, brothers James Borgan, Gene Burkett
and a sister Rosella Birchfield.
Services will be Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home, with Pastor Donnie
Quisenberry officiating. Burial is in Wells Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday 11-1 P.M. prior to services.
